Interior Painting
We believe proper preparation is the key to a smooth, professional finish. We repair cracks, patch holes, caulk where needed, and sand wood surfaces as much as practical to create a smooth surface before painting. The level of preparation can be adjusted to fit the customer’s needs and budget.
Exterior Painting
Proper preparation is essential for a long-lasting exterior paint job. We scrape peeling or loose paint, address problem areas and prepare siding for proper adhesion. We select the right products based on the condition and type of surface, with a goal of a finish that looks great and stands up to Minnesota’s weather.
Power washing is an important part of preparation, but it must be done carefully to avoid damaging the surface. When peeling paint is considerable, we scrape first and power wash afterward to remove dirt, dust and other loose material before painting.
Popcorn Texture Removal
We carefully remove outdated popcorn texture to create a smoother, more modern ceiling. We take care to protect floors, walls, and furnishings during the process. After the popcorn is removed, we repair imperfections and skim coat the surface when necessary to create a smooth, even finish before painting.
Wallpaper Removal
We carefully remove wallpaper and adhesive while taking care to minimize damage to the underlying surface. Once the wallpaper is removed, we repair cracks, holes, or other imperfections and skim coat the walls when necessary. We properly prepare the surface so it is smooth, clean, and ready for a professional paint finish.
Cabinet Painting
Painting kitchen cabinets is a cost-effective way to update and refresh your kitchen without the expense and disruption of installing brand-new cabinets. We start by removing the doors and hardware before preparation begins. We set up a paint booth to spray the cabinet doors and other components, providing a smooth, consistent finish.
We apply one coat of oil-based primer to create a strong bonding surface and help prevent wood tannins from bleeding through the topcoat and causing a yellowish appearance. After the primer dries, we scuff sand the surfaces to remove imperfections and then apply two coats of enamel for a durable, professional finish.
Interior Trim and Woodwork
We can paint or stain interior trim and woodwork depending on the condition of the surface and your preferences. When painting, we scrape any peeling paint and sand the surface to create a smooth transition between existing and new paint. When staining, we carefully sand the wood to promote proper stain penetration, apply the stain, and finish with a protective sealer.
Deck Staining
Proper preparation is the key to a beautiful and long-lasting deck finish. We begin by power washing the deck with a deck cleaner to remove dirt, grime, and buildup and bring the wood back to its natural condition. We then sand the surfaces to remove weathered wood and damaged or peeling stain.
Once the surface is properly prepared, we apply two coats of stain, typically by brush or roller, to achieve an even, consistent finish.
Floor Coatings
We apply epoxy coatings to garage and commercial floors. We discuss surface preparation, the finish you want and curing time before you use the floor again.

Our two-year warranty
We stand behind our work for two years. If paint we applied peels, blisters or chips because of our workmanship, we’ll repair it. You’ll get the full terms in writing before your project begins.
