Meet Jose Oller
Jose Oller was born in Venezuela and first came to Minnesota in 1979 to study. He attended Hamline University, earned an electrical engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and later completed an MBA at Universidad de Carabobo in Venezuela.
Jose worked for several American companies, then built his own business in Venezuela from the ground up. Over more than 20 years he worked as an industrial contractor for Ford, GM and Chrysler assembly plants, paper mills and food plants, serving a wide variety of businesses and working with companies from three continents.
When Jose moved to Minnesota, he started a painting business as a franchisee of a national painting company. Since 2014, he and his crews have completed more than 2,500 projects across the Twin Cities.
Jose has now moved on from the franchise model to build his own company, Oller Painting and Coatings. He continues to work with the same experienced crews he has relied on for years, bringing the same quality workmanship and customer service his customers have come to expect. His focus is simple: listening to what you need, taking care of the details, and exceeding expectations.
